Publishing Credit #2

My poem St. Francis & the Birds has been published by the fine folks at Infuze.

I make no claims on being the next Longfellow, not that I wouldn't mind having my own Authors card someday. Still, a publishing credit's a publishing credit (and, more importantly, a cover letter enhancement).

Plus, dig that crazy title graphic.

3 Snarky Remarks:

Congratulations and excellent work. I'm sort of an idiot when it comes to poetry. But hey, I'm trying to learn.

And about that Authors game, I was a teenager before I realized that people who wrote books were not referred to as "Arthurs". I used to play that game with my mother. And as much as I love her, she pronunciationally challenged.

I guess now we can officially call you a poet.

The official Smothers Brothers title for "one who writes poetry" is "poetwriter" or "poemist."

I like poemist.

Hey Chris! A poet? Wow, I'm not worthy...

I saw the Smothers Brothers in concert once. Oh wait, maybe that was the Bellamy Brothers. Something about a beautiful body, if I'm remembering right. Which has nothing to do with poetry.

So...ummm...yeah...
